I have been a loan processor for 15 years.  I have been the senior processor for Midwest Lending Source for 3 years and was promoted to loan closer in February of this year.   There have been many opportunities for me in the mortgage business that I am very thankful for.   I am very detailed orientated and like to get things done way a head of time.  That is what it takes to get the job done in most cases.  I like to learn new things and the mortgage business is great for that.  Things are changing in the mortgage industry every day and you have to stay on top of what the industry is doing by reading constantly.   Keeping yourself up to date on what kind of loans are out there and what can actually be done for a borrower is key to getting the job done professionally and accurately.
